Abstract：Tankvehicleareusedtotransportgases，liquefiedgasesandliquidswithworkingtemperaturesequaltoorhigherthan thestandardboilingpontatnoraltemperature.Duetothepressreofthemediumtheytransportbinghigherthanatmosphericpres sureandtheiherentdangersofchemicalmediatankveiclearasifiedasspecialequipmentformanagementAccordingtothecur rentlawsandregulationsofChina，thesupervisionoftankvehiclemustnotonymettheelevantrequrementsofthevehicles，inaditiontometingtheelevantrequirementsofpresurevessels.Accordingly，thepaperanalyzsacompleteregulatorysupervisionsystem andkeypointsofproductionmanagementfortheentirelifecycleoftankvehicletotheetireindustryforreferenceandleaingby practitioners throughout the entire industrial chain.

按照国家市场监督管理总局发布的《特种设备目录》，承压罐车属于移动式压力容器，而常压罐车则属于国家市场监督管理总局发布的《工业产品目录》中的危险品包装容器范畴[1-4]，因此在市场监管部门中，承压罐车被划归特种设备监管科室管理，而常压罐车则划归工业产品监管科室管理。（剩余2913字）
