Abstract:Tofacilitatetheearlydetectionoffaultsinthepowertrainofewenergyvehicles,thisstudyemploysanearlyfaultdiag nosisandanalysissystmtocollctvbrationdataduringtetestingofelectricdriveassembliesandperformsfultdetetionacoding ly.Basedonthesructureofthemotorandreducer,anordercalculationmodelforgears,shaftsandothercomponentsisstablished. Usingthecollectedvbrationdataissuesintepowertrainareanalyedndfultocationsareidentificatedthroughtrendindiceswaterfallplots,spectrumdiagrams,ndotheranalyticalmethodsgroundedinthemodel.Teanalysisresultsaresubsequetlyerifid throughphysicaldsassemblyTefidingsdemonstrate thattearlyfaultdiagnosisandanalysissystemcaeectivelyidentifyproductisuesatanearlystage,uratelypipoint thelocationandcauseoffults,therebycontributig toproductprotetionorteing thedevelopment cycle,reducing R&D costs,and holding significant positive implications for product development.
