Abstract：Basedontheresourceandenvironmentalissuescausedbythelarge-scaleretirementofnewenergyvehiclepowerateries，thispaperstudies thepredictionofretirementtime，evaluationofrecylingbenefts，andoptimizationofsystemschedulig.This paperelaboratesonthemethodsofidentifyingretirementvariablesandthemulti-sourcedatafusionpredictionmodel，introducesan evaluatioindexsystemtatemphasizesbotheconomicandenvironmentalaspects，ndonstructsamodelforthetechicaldaptation analysisandpathcollborativeoptizatioofthcyingproess.esultsindicatetatteultidmensioalintegatedodelan effectivelyimprovethesystemeficiencyanddecision-makingauracyofrtiredbattryrecyling，andhasgoodengineingapplicability.
