Abstract:Withthecontinuousaccelerationofurbanizationand theincreasingdemandforecologicalenvironmentconstruction,optimizingtheperformanceofenvironmentalprotectionequipmenthasbecomeanimportantresearchdirectioninthefieldofenvionmentalengineeig.Tisstudytakesthesweeperasteresearchobject,focusingonanalyzingtheimpactofitscoreworkingparameters (includingbrushdiscspeed,travelspeed,andoterkinematicparameters)oncleaningeficiency.Firstly,thepaperanalyzesthemo tionlawofthedisk brushandderivethe motion equationofthebrush bundle.Then,parametric modeling techniquesareused toconstructthebrushiskstructureandspatiallayoutofstles.Fiallasdoteestablsedmotionquation,UGsofwarewasusedto simulatethemotionofthediscbrushunderdiferentspedsandcleaningspeeds,andtheoptimalcleaningtrajectorywasselected throughcomparativeanalysis.Tisresearchconlusioprovidesatheoreticalbasisanddsignreferenceforteoptimizationselectionof working parameters for sweepers.
