Abstract:Aimingatthe problems thatpure electric vehicle power bateriesare prone torapid temperatureriseandthermalrunawayunder high-powerdischargeandcomplex environments,,researchwasconductedonthemodelingandoptimizationof liquidcooledthermalmanagementsystems,takingcylidical27Olitum-ionbaterisasteject.BystablisingabateryeaterationmodelandcombiingitwiththeANY/Fuentsimulatioplatfor,asystematicdiscussionisconductedfromtwoaspts:cooling structuredesignandtypical workingconditionanalysis.Anoptimizationmethodfortheliquidcolingplatestructureisproposed, andorthogonalexpermentsareciedutostudyteifluencedegeeofolantfowateadilettemperatureetc.earce sultsshowthattedsignedliqudolingsystmcansignificantlyachevegodteralmanagementefectsectivelysoleepro lemofunevenheatdistributioninthedesignofliquidcoolingsystems,andprovideanengineringreferenceforimprovingthesafety and stability of batteries.

纯电动汽车作为清洁能源交通工具正逐步取代传统燃油汽车,动力电池作为纯电动汽车核心部件,其安全性、性能稳定性与寿命对整车运行效率和用户体验产生直接影响,在高倍率充放电及高温环境下电池极易产生大量热量且若散热不及时,会导致电池温度过高进而引发容量衰减、热失控甚至导致安全事故[1]。(剩余4397字)
