Abstract:Aimingatthereliabilitytestrequirementsofliquid-cooledplates,akeythermalmanagementcomponentofenergystoragesystems,undercomplexworkingconditions,acomprehensivetestdeviceintegratingig-lowtemperaturecylig,preealter nationandflowcontrolwasdevelopedbasedontheutilitymodelpatent“ALiquidHigh-LowTemperaturePresureCycleTestDevice forEnergyStorage”(ZL20242O631206.3)authorizedbyacertaincompany.Thedevicecanachievemulti-parametercoupling tests with precise control in the wide temperature range of -40C to 808C and dynamic pressure loading of 0.05~0.7MPa ,solving the problemsofsinglewokingconditionandslowresponseoftraditionaltestequipment.Experimentalverficationshowsthattheteperature control accuracy of the device reaches ±0.5C ,and the pressure fluctuation rate is less than 2.5% .Ithas been successfully applied tothemuli-stresouplingaceleratedagingtestofacertainenegystorageliqd-ooledplate,providingastandardedtestplatfo for the reliability evaluation of key components of energy storage liquid-cooled systems.
