Abstract：Toaddressthesusceptibilitytofailureofsuspensionballstudsinminingdumptrucksundercomplexroadcoditions andhigh mpactloads，thispaperfocusesontheballstudoftheHAULPAK63OEminingdumptruck.Firstly，theinternalandextenal causesofthefilurewereinvestigatedthroughload-bearinganalyssandfatiguelifeverificationofthefailedcomponent.ThesultsindicatethatthefractueofteballstudoiginaedfromstrsonetraoattefiletnckItsctaltiuelifewasoly ters，significantlylowerthanthedsignlifeSubsequently，basedontheanalyticalfinding，eectiveimprovementandptization strategieswerepropoedsemodiicatiosarepredictedtoextendtesrvieliftoovr，ilometersprovdingttical foundation and practical references for enhancing the reliability of critical components in mining vehicles.
