Abstract:Withtherapid popularizationofpure-electric lightcommercialvehicles inthefieldofurbanlogistics,theenergyconsumptionof teirtheralmanagementsystemshasbecomeakeyfactorafectigthevehicle'sdrivingrange.TradiionalPositiveTemperatureCoeficient(PTC)heatingsolutionshaveelativelylowenergeiciencymakingitimperativetointroducehgheficiency heatpumpandwasteheatrecoverytechnologiesBasedonthethemalmanagementrequirementsofanautomotivelighttruckplatfo andthelatesttehnologicaltrendsintheindustr,thispapesystematicallanalyzsandoptimiesfourtealmanagementchit turesolutions.Byntegatingeatpuptechologyulti-ortvalvecontrol,andstemitegrationdsign,thalmanagto lutiontailoredforpure-electricligttucksisproposed,imingtoacheveanoptimalbalanceamongsystemenergyeficiency,cost, andspatiallayout.Theresearchcombinessimulatioanalysis withreal vehicletestdata,providingapracticaltechnical pathwayand theoretical basis for thedesignand developmentof thermal managementsystems forpure-electric lightcommercial vehicles.
