AbstractBased on the whole life cycle theory,this study constructs a "full—cycle,stepwise,and diversified" training model for medical profesionals.Thefull-cycle trainingsystem divides talent development into six stages:talent incubation,professional advancement,professional maturity,professional pinnacle,professional apex,and advisory phase,with stage一specific training priorities.The stepwise professional development pathwaycenters on academic title promotion,supplemented by a dual-track career advancement mechanism and a"junior-intermediate一senior" talent project system.A diversified scientific research support mechanism runs through the entire research process,covering project initiation,experimentalimplementation,manuscriptpublication,translational aplication,and projectcompletion.By integrating stage一specific adaptation,competencyorientation,and resource colaboration,this model establishesa holistic training ecosystem spanning the entire professionalifecycleof medical professionals,providing asystematic pathway for cultivating interdisciplinary talent and facilitating high一quality development of hospitals.
