Abstract Internet diagnosis and treatment is grounded in online communication. To address the issue of inadequate real-time online communicationbetween doctors and patients inthe services provided byan Internet hospital，a certain hospital has establishedaninternet nurse stationleveraging information technology.This paper elaborates on the construction，operation，and effectivenessof the internet nurse station from theperspectives oforganizational structure， system development，stafing，job responsibilities，assessment mechanisms，and management mechanisms，providing references for the construction and development of internet hospitals.
