AbstractObjectiveTo analyze thedepartmental demands and disease distribution patterns under the in一hospital mobile consultationmodelininternet hospitals，providing evidence tosupport the promotionof this novelmobileconsultationapproach.MethodsAtotalof5830 casesof in-hospital single-specialtyconsultationsconducted viaan internet hospital at a grade A tertiary public hospital between October1，2023，and September 30，2024，were included.A retrospective analysis was performed to examine consultation volumes across departments，interdepartmental collboration intensity，and disease distributioncharacteristics.ResultsDepartments with high consultation initiation frequencies included geriatrics，neurology，respiratoryand criticalcaremedicine，infectious diseases center，and gastroenterolo gy， with geriatrics accounting for over 10% of total consultations. Departments receiving more than 10% of mobile consultations were rheumatologyand immunology，mental health center，respiratoryand critical care medicine，and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Rheumatologyand immunology received consultations from 42 initiating departments，primarilyfrom respiratory and critical care medicineand neurology;the mentalhealth center received consultations from 4l initiating departments，mainly neurology;respiratoryand critical care medicinereceived consultations from4l initiating departments with relatively balanced distribution；integrated traditional Chineseand western medicine received consultations from 27 initiating departments，mainly geriatrics and urology.The most common diseases among patientsrequiring consultations were pulmonary infection，type 2 diabetes melitus，hypertension，cerebral infarction， andcoronary heart disease.ConclusionThe in-hospital mobile consultation model in internet hospitals demonstrates broad aplicability acrossmultiple departments and disease categories，serving as an effective platform for addressing complex comorbidities across different specialties.
