AbstractObjectiveTo investigate research hotspots and trends in international internet hospitals，providing references for thedevelopment of internet hospitals in China.MethodsA literature search was conducted in the Web of Science core collction database for international studies on internet hospitals published from database inception to June 30，2025.Visual analysis of the included literature was performed using CiteSpace software.ResultsA total of 500 studies Were included，withanoverall upward trendin publication volume.Research hotspots ininternationalinternet hospitals focusedoncaredelivery，telemedicine，remote health，anddigital health，whileemerging trendsincluded digital health，qualitativeresearch，qualityof life，and technology.ConclusionDrawingon international research hotspotsand trends，China shouldpromotetheapplicationofartificial intellgence and big data technologies ininternet hospitals，expand service scope，strengthen telemedicine services，and prioritize patient experience to advance internet hospital development.
