Abstract：Depresionisoftenaccompanedbydigestivesystemsymptoms，whichishighlysimilartothemanifestationofliverdepressionivdingstomachintraditioalCinesemedicine.erefore，itisofgreatsignificancetexplintheccureneeanismf ‘liverdepresionivadigsomach’toughtintealelatiosptwenentaldpsoloalsptosofepresioaddig tivesystemsymptoms，sostopromote thesudyofotioalpathogensis theoryandzang-futransmisionmehansm.Tealicatio ofresearch techiquessuchasneuralracing，ptogenetics，andchemicalgeneticshasprovidednewprogressinthestudyofthemechnismofemotionafectingthegastroitestialtractTispperreviewthemechanismofliverdepressoninvadingstomachcausedbye tionalstimulatioditegatesteiporatprogsofthsofteliicsgulatigHasndvisal persenstivityinrecentyears，aiming toprovideanewperspectiveforfurtherstudyofliverdepresion invading stomachsyndrome.
