Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish aquantitativeanalysis of multi-components bysingle marker（QAMS）method forsimultaneousdeterminationoffourcomponents（geniposide，paeoniflorin，liquirin，andammoniumglycyrhizinate）inShuganGranules. Method High performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）was employed，using a JADE-PAK∘ledastKM-C18 column （ 250mm× 4.6 mm， 5μm ），with methanol- 0.05% formic acid aqueous solution as the elution mobile phase for gradient elution. The flow rate was （204号 1.0mL/min ，the detection wavelength was 26Onm，and the column temperature was 40% .Geniposide was used as the internal referencesubstance toestablishtherelativecorrectionfactorsoftheoterthre componentsandcalculatethecontentsofthefourcomponents tobedetermined，achievingmulti-omponentdeterminationbyasinglemeasurement.Meanwhile，itwascomparedwiththeexteralstandardmethodtoverifytheaccuracyandfeasibilityoftheQAMSmethodResultsThefourcomponentshaveagoodlinearelationship within their respective ranges（ r>0.999 6 ）. The average sample recovery rate is 99.01% to 102.64% ，and the RSD is 0.54% to 1.5% .Theresults obtained bythequantitative analysisof multi-components by single marker method are close to those by theexternalstandardmethod.Conclusion Usinggeniposideas theinteralreferencesubstance，theQAMS metodforthefourcomponents in Shugan Granules is accurateand feasible，andcan be used to strengthen thequalitycontrolof Shugan Granules.

舒肝颗粒是昆明中药厂有限公司研制生产的治疗肝郁证的中成药制剂，由当归、白芍、白术等10味中草药制成，方中柴胡、香附为君药，舒肝散郁，条达肝气，理气调中，调经止痛；当归、白芍、茯苓、白术四药为臣药，养血柔肝；栀子、牡丹皮为佐药，清热凉血；甘草为使药，健脾益气，调和诸药[1]。（剩余5073字）
