Abstract：AssispointscanbedividedintobroadAshispointsandnarrowAsshispoints.However，theclinicalmanifestations of thebroadAshispointsarespecialsensationsofpainorapidmovement，notonlylimitedtopainsensation，wichissimilartothe definitioofforceensitiveacupoints．Inanarrowsense，theselectionmethodofashipointisftenlimitedtotraditionalpasensationanddoesnotincludeothrspecialsensations.Thisphenomenoniselatedtothdiferentdegreesofsensitiaionofacupnts.In thephysiologicalstate，acupointsareinthe“restingstate”，andonlyinthepathologicalstate，theyareinthe“sensitizedstate". Therearemanyformsofsensitizationofacupoints，andtheauthorbelievesthatashipointisacommonformofsensitizationofacupoints.Inthispaper，thesensitizationmechanismofforcesensitiveacupontsandthediferencebetweenforcesensitiveacupointsand force sensitive acupoints are discussed in detail from the generalized method of Asi.
