Abstract：Gastricrumpus isadiseaseofthesplenandstomach inwhichthestomachandepigastricregionare fullanduncomfortable，withopainhenpressdcompaniedbylowfodintake，darrea，lethagyandfatigue.AccordingtoCinesemdicine， thepathogenesisofthisdiseaseisunfavorableQiinthemidleJiaotheelevationofQiisoutoforderndtelocationofthedisease isinthestomachnvolvigtheliveandthespen.Xin'anphysicianshaveaccuulatedageatdealofnicalexperieneintrating gastricplagueandhavedevelopeduniqueinsightsintothetreatmentofgastricplague.Bysystematicallstudyingtheacademicthoughts of WangJi，SunYikuiZhengChonguang，WuCheng，YeTanshandotherdoctorsintreatinggastricrumpus，wewillanalyzethe characteristicsof their reatmentof gastricrumpus，and provide valuable experience fortheclinical treatment of gastric rumpus.
