Abstract：Objective To establish a method for the determination of ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1 in Shenlou Shuangxin Granules.MethodThesamplewaspurifiedbyaC18solid-phase extractioncartridge，andtheseparation was cariedoutona Waters Xselect CSHTMCl8 column （ 250mm×4.6mm ， 5μm ）with a gradient elution using acetonitrile - water as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0mL/min ，the detection wavelength of 203nm ，and the column temperature of 30qC .Result The concentration of ginsenoside Rg1 ranged from 7.61 to 133.80μg/mL （ r2=1.0000 ），and ginsenoside Rb1 showed good linear relationship with itspeak area in the range of concentration 5.24-92.21μg/mL （ r2=0.9998 ）. The average recovery of ginsenoside Rg1 was 101.33% with RSD of 2.01% ，and that of ginsenoside Rb1 was 95.71% with RSD of 2.82% .Conclusion The method is rapid，simple，accurate and can be used for the quality control of Shenlou Shuangxin Granules.
