Abstract：ObjectiveTostudytheclinicalefcacyandpathological efectsof Zhuang Medicine“BuxuPaiduEnemaPrescription” onadeninechronicrenalfailurerats.Methods6OSDratswererandomlydividedintoblank groupandmodelgroup.The model group wasrandomlydividedintostrongdrug groupand model groupafteradenine modeling.Zhuang medicinegroupwas given Zhuang medicine “Buxu PaiduEnema Prescription”enemafor8weeks，blankgroupandmodelgroup weregivenenema with waterfor injectionfor8 weks：Serumcreatinine（Cr），ureanitrogen（BUN），bloodpotassium，bloodchloride，bloodsodium，whitebloodcells（WBC），netrophils（ANC），redblodcellcount（RBC），hemoglobin（Hb）andredblodcellspecific voume（HCT）ofeachgroupwerestatisticallyanalyzedbeforeandaftertreatment，andrenalpathologicalchangesofachgroupwereobserved.ResultsAftermodeling，compared with blank group，Cr，BUNandblod potassumlevels in Zhuang medicine groupand Zhuang group were significantlyincreased（ P< 0.05），while Hb，RBC and HCT levels were significantly decreased（ P<0.05 ），indicating that therat model of chronic renal failure wassucessfullyprepared.Afterenema treatment，comparedwithte model group，SCr，BUNandbloodpotassumlevelsintheZuang medicinegroeeigificantlycresed;elvelsfloodsodC，Hndeeigiicantlyeaseddfe ences between the two groups were statistically significant （ P<0.05 ）.Renal pathology in both the model group and the Zhuang medicine group showed：mesangial cells increased significantly，glomerular sclerosis >80% ，renal tubule focal epithelial swelling，vacuolar degeneration，rticlefoatiodiidalicallasicsiclefoatiouleartractioubularrohdsil fibrosis.Conclusion Zhuang medicine“Buxu PaiduEnemaPrescription”canefectivelydelaythedeclineofrenalfunctionandimprove anemia in rats with chronic renal failure caused by adenine，and has good renal protection effect.
