Abstract:ObjectiveToexplore thepreparationprocessofSangjuYingranulesandestablishahigh-performanceliquidchromatography(HPLC)metodforsimultaneousdetemnationfchrogenicaid,uteoloside,utinandpllyincontentinSngjuYin granules.Methods Prepare Sangju Yingranulesthroughwet granulationprocess;HPLCmethodwasused todeterminethecontentsof chlorogenicacid,luteoloside,rutin,and philyrin in SangjuYingranules.The chromatographic column wasODS -C18 column,and the mobile phase was acetonitrile 0.4% phosphoric acid water. Gradient elution was performed with a volume flow rate of 1.0mL/min The column temperature is 30qC ,the detection wavelengths are 348 nm and 277 nm,and the injection volume is 5μL .Results The preparation process of Sangju Yin granules is Sangju Yin extract: corn starch: sucrose  .The obtained granules have a light brownappearance,uniformparticlesize,onsistentcolor,andgodsolubilityTelinearrangesofchlorogeniccid,uteolosdeu tin,and phillyrin are 7.03-140.67μg/mL 6.40-128.00μg/mL , 6.03-120.67μg/mL ,and 5.87-117.33μg/mL ,respectively,withcoelatiocoeficints(r)of.9998,.9998,.98,and1,spctively;everagesampleecoeryateswer 101.09v% , 100.98% , 99.34% ,and 100.34% ,respectively,with RSDsof 1 60% ,1. 87% , 2.67% ,and 2,40% ,respectively. ConclusionsThepreparationprocessofSangjuYingranulesisstableandfeasible,andthemethodsfordeterminingthecontentsof chlorogenicacid,uteoloside,rutin,andphilyrinareacurateandreliable,whichcanbeusedforqualitycontrolofteales.
