至骨针法选穴特色及临床应用探析

Abstract:The skeletal system,asathree-dimensional spatial structure,hasacloserelationship withthe internalorgans,meridians,andtisses.Itplaysasignificantroleintheclinicalpracticesofacupuncture,particularlyinpointselectionandnedling techniques.Thisstudyaimstofurtherexploretheaplicationvalueofdiffrenttypesofbonylandarkstructuresinthetechniqueof AproachingBonecupunctureTerapyBuildinguponsubstantialpreliminaryanatomicalresearchofacupuncturepoints,findingsindicatethatanatomicallandmarkregionsontheseletonsuchasdepresions,protrusions,andmarginsconcentratethedistributionof acupuncturepoints.Theseareasserveascriticaltargetsforstimulatingnerves,muscleknots,andtheperiosteuminthetreatmentof diseasesStimulatingbonylandmarkareasthroughacupunctureisstraightforwardandproducesrapidefects,wichissignificantfor expandingthetherapeuticsopeofacupointsandenhancingcliicalefcacyThiswarantsfurtherinvestigationintotheirotentialin acupuncture practice.
