Abstract： Xinyang isan important tea producingarea in China.The tea industryisatraditional and characteristic pillar industry of Xinyang，serving as acrucial lever forthecityto achieve ruralrevitalization and drivefarmers' income growth.Basedonreality，this article analyzed the fundamental advantages and constraints of the tea industry development in Xinyang. Incorporating the essence of high-quality development，and starting from the "Thre-tea Integration"，it proposed a "six modernization"coordinated developmentpath，includingcollaborative integration， mechanization-friendly eficiency enhancement，green foundation building，standardization throughout，integrated extension， and digital empowerment， along with specific implementation suggestions.
