Abstract: Withtheaccelerationof globaltrade digitalization,cross-border e-commerce hascreated newpathways to expand tea exports to meet the needs.This study provided a comprehensive analysis on four major operational models -1210,9610,9710,and 9810-detailing their workflows and evaluating their implications for tea enterprises, particularly interms of taxation,cost structures,and regulatory compliance.This work further categorizedrelevant cross-border platforms and evaluated their suitability based on enterprise scale,resource capacity,and strategic priorities.Drawing on this analysis,it proposed targeted optimization strategies in platform operations,logistics,supplychain coordination,and standard certification.The findings aimed tooffer both theoretical insight and practical guidance for tea exporters leveraging cross-border e-commerce to access international markets.
