Building the Rapid Detection Model of Dongting (Mountain) Biluochun Tea Quality Based on Near Infrared Spectroscopy

Abstract:This study obtained near infrared spectra of Dongting (mountain) Biluochun tea samples and detected quality indicators such as water content, water extract,teapolyphenols,total free aminoacids,catechin components and total content and cafeine.A rapid quality detection model was subsequently developed by preprocessing the spectral data and combining it with partial least squares method.The results show that the correlation coefficients of the1l established rapid detection models forquality indicators were allgreater than O.9,and the root mean square erors were allrelatively small.The model shows good predictive accuracyand stability,enabling rapid detection of multiple quality indicators for Dongting (mountain) Biluochun tea.
