Abstract： Inthis experiment，24high-qualityandlocalsuperior teacultivars wereused toconduct open-airdrylandcuting effct experiments atthe Huatang teaexperimental base in Chenzhou.Based onthe growth indicators ofteaplants，the cutting effects were analyzed andcompared.The results showthat： theopen-airdryland cutting effcts of Zhuyeqi 12' 'Rubai Dongling Population'，Jinxuan'，'Huangdan'and 'Xiangbolui were relatively good，andtheopen-airdrylandcuting technology can beused as a technical means for the introduction and expansion ofthe above cultivars.However， the open-air dryland cutting effects of'Chengbu S4'，'Chengbu S1'，'Rubai 9' and Rubai 3′ were poor， and they are not suitable to adopt the open-air dryland cutting method for introduction and expansion.
