Abstract:Toovercometheshortcomingsoftraditionalbaseisolationtechology,suchasnon-adjustableisolationparameters,lim itedlow-frequencyisoationeect,ndiabilitytoeevetcalsolation,agneticlevitatiotchologyistroducedtodsig amagneticlevitationvibrationisolationbearing.Therelationshipsbetweenthelevitationforceoftheelectromagnetandthecoilcur rentandevitationgapareanalyzed.Thenonlinearmodelof themagneticlevitationvibrationisoationbearingisestablished.Combiningtheadvantagesof terminal sliding modeandsupertwistingalgorithmand introducinganadaptivelawtoadjustthcoeffi cientsinthesupertwistingalgorithm,anadaptivesupertwisting terminal slidingmodecontrol strategyis proposed.Through ex perimentalverification,theproposedcontrolschemecansuppressthechatering phenomenon inte traditionalsliding modecontrol,withhighontrolcuracyndoodeadystateanddamicpefoanceeagneticviatiobaionsolaiobaring has excellent stability and disturbance-resisting performance.
