融合体压分布的坐姿人体生物力学载荷分析

Abstract:Inordertoexplorethecorrelationbetweenseatedbodypresuredistributionandbiomechanicallading,asetupscheme forthehuman-chaircontactsurfaceforhumanbiomechanicalmodelingisproposedusingbodypresure informationasaguide.The contactbetweenthehumanbodyandtheseatissimulatedbyacertainnumberofcontactpoints,andbasedontheexperimental bodypressuredistributiondata,theelativecontactstrengthissetastherelative magnitudeoftheaveragepressureineachpartition of thebodypressurecloudmap.Throughcomparison,itisdiscoveredthattheaveragecontactstrengthissetbetween20600, whichcanimprovethesolutionaccuracyandtakeintoaccounttherealmuscleactivationeffect.Atthesame time,theschemeof diferentnumbersofcontactpointswasdiscussed,anditismorereasonabletochoosetset8contactpointsinacomprehensive view.Aftercomparingwiththeexperimentaldataintheliterature,itisshownthatthecontactschemebasedonthebodypresure distributionofthehumanchairbiomechanicalmodelcanacuratelyreflectthemuscleactivation,jointforceandotherbiomechani calindicators.Muscleactivationand jointforcesunderhardwood planksandfoamcushions werecompared basedonacontact scenario setup,explaining the reasons for more comfortable foam seating from a biomechanical point of view.
