Abstract:Inordertoimprovetheintellgenceoffastenerdiseasediagnosis,afastenerconditiondiagnosismethod isproposed basedonvehicle dynamic responsedataandgeneralizeddemodulation time-frequencyanalysiscombined with sparowsearchalgo rithm-supportvectormachine(SSA-SVM)model.Theaccelerationsignalsofthenormalandabnormalsectionsofthefastenerare colected,andtheshort-timeFourier transfor andthe maximumoverlappingdiscrete waveletpackettransformareusedtoprepro cess thesignaldata.Thegeneralizeddemodulationtime-frequencyanalysis methodisusedtodecomposethesignal,andtheeffectivevalue,energycontributionrateandwavelengthofthemain informationcomponentsarecalculatedasthecharacteristicindex. ThecharacteristicindexistraiedbythejointSSA-SVMmodeltoconstructtheclasificationmodel.Theresultsshowthattheaccuracy of the method is 97.50% ,and several evaluation indicators are used to verify that its effectiveness and accuracy can meet the actual needs.
