基于广义S变换的汽车零部件载荷谱编辑方法

Abstract:ExistingS-transform-basedloadspectrumeditingmethodsforautomotivecomponentssufferfromtheproblemoflackof adaptivityin time-frequencyresolution,whichafectsthetime-frequencyaggregationofload spectrumenergyandleadtopooreditingresults.Tosolvethisproblem,basedonthe theoryofgeneralisedS-transform(GST),theapplicationofGSTmethod inthe fieldofautomobilecomponentsload spectrumediting is explored.TheGSTmethod isusedtoperform time-frequencyanalysisof themountloadspectrumtoobtainthedistributioninformationoftheloadenergyonthetimeandfrequencyaxes.Theacumulative powerspectraldensity(APSD)oftheloadspectrum iscalculated,andageneticalgorithm isused todeterminethethreshold value oftheAPSDinordertoidentifythe timesegmentsoftheload spectrum withsmallerdamagecontributions.Thetimesegmentsof theloadspectrum withsmaldamagecontributionsareidentifiedandremoved,andtheremainingloadtimesegmentsaresplicedto obtainacompressedloadspectrum.ComparingwiththeloadspectrumeditingmethodbasedonS-transform,itisfoundthathe timecompressonof thecompressed load spectrumotained basedonthe GSTmethod islarger,and thecompresedload spectrumbasically matches withtheoriginalloadspectrumintermsoftatiticalparameters,powerspectraldensity,rainflowcounts, fatiguelifeanddamagedistribution.Theresultsshowthat theGSTmethodissuitableforeditingtheloadspectrumofautomotive components.Itcan provideaneffective means toimprove theeficiencyof durability bench tests ofautomotivecomponents.
