Abstract:Researchonmagneticallevitatedrotors hasbeenheavilyinfluencedbystudiesonslendershaft magneticlevitatedro tors.Inthestudyonacertainmagneticalllevitatedflatotorforaentrifugalpumpstructure,bothexperimentsandfiniteelement analysisrevealedthatthesupportcharacteristicsof teradialpermanentmagneticbearings,withthesamedualringstructure,exhibited thesignificantdiferencesfromtheknownexperiencewhenapliedtoflatrotors.Thetranslationalstifessandtorsional stifnessshowedsubstantialvariations.Tispaperanalyes thevariationsintraslationalandtorsionalstifnessofpermanetmag neticradialbearings forflatrotors basedonchanges inthebearing’sstructuraldimensions.Basedontheanalysis,aflatrotormag neticlevitationstructureisproposed,whichcanincreaseandadjustthetorsionalstifnesofthepermanentmagneticbearings, whilealsoallwingforarationalratiobtweentranslationalandtorsionalstife.Afiniteelementanalysisisusedtoidentifythe structuralconditionsthatyieldmaximumtranslationalandrotationalstifnessTheefectivenessoftheproposedmethodologyis subsequently validated.

近年来,随着与磁悬浮相关的电磁学、电子学、转子动力学、有限元方法等的发展,尤其是钕铁硼稀王强磁材料的量产成本下降,永磁悬浮轴承的磁力性能已经可以满足越来越多工业领域的应用需要,展现出适合推广应用的工业实用价值。(剩余9563字)
