Abstract:Amillngunbalance corection methodbasedonadisrete vector model is proposed toaddress theissueofpoorperfor manceoftraditionaldynamicbalancing methodswhentheinitialunbalanceofthemicromotorrotorislrge.Adiscretevectormodelis establisdbasedontheparametersofthemillngcuterandotorndthecorespondingrelationshipbtweentheequvalent cuting massandcutingdepthundersecond tiecuttingisobtainedbyintegratingthediscretepointsoftheedgecurve.Bycompar ingwiththe3Dmodelsimulationdata,itisverifiedthathedviationrateofthemodelislow.Experimentalverificationshowsthat when the initial unbalance on one side of the rotor exceeds 100mg ,a total weight removal rate of over 90% can be achieved,and the equivalent mass of the remaining unbalance on one side can be controlled below 10mg .All rotors meet the Gl accuracy level. This indicates thatthisproposed methodcanimprovethedynamicbalanceaccuracyofthe micromotorrotorwhentheinitialunbalance of the micro motor rotor is large.
