Abstract:Inviewofthelightweight,smallspaceandsmallamplituderequirementsofelectronicequipmentforvibrationisolation structure,thepaper focusesontheisolationoflowfrequencyvibrationfromitsbase.Byintroducingthecrossbracedconfigura tion,aconcavecrossbraced platemodelisproposed,theinfluencelawofstructuralparametersonitslowfrequencyvirationisolationperformance isillustrated.Then,basedonthedesignconceptofcross-bracing,aconcavesandwichphononiccrystalstructure modelis proposedndtheinfuencemechanismofgeometricparametersonitsfrequncyesponsecharacteristicsisevealedAf tergeometric parameteroptimizationandexperimentalverification,thevibrationisolationstructure modelhasexcellentvibration attenuationcharacteristicsinthelowandwidefrequencyband.In1Oo~5ooHz,theatenuationeficiencyofaccelerationpower spectral density above 70% . In 35~80Hz ,and 500~2000Hz ,the attenuation eficiency of acceleration power spectral density above 40% .Working displacement of the vibration isolation structure under 3 times standard deviation confidence is less than (20 3mm .Therefore,itissuitablefortheisolationoflowfrequencyrandomvibration.Inaddition,themodelhas broadapplication prospectsowing to its advantages oflight weight,smallvolume,large bearing capacityand strong universality.
