Abstract：ObjectiveToexploretheefectofcomfortableursingonmentalhealthandqualityoflifeofpuerperaaftercesareasection. MethodsFromOctober2tctober366parturientsouderwntcesareanstioinYiagCountyeoplesHspitalweeles theresearcohortoghtlcatiofoubabeedseurteeadomlyatedntood anobservationgouachgouosistingofprurntseotrolgoupasadmistedoutiursingcaeastebeiogou receivedomfotablesingoftiusiisopatietaalheftingeale PostnatalDepreale）oatale（oealeei （PSQI）score，qualityoflife[WorldHealthOrganizationQualtyofLifeBREF（WHQOL-BREF）werecomparedbetwenthetwogoups. ResultsTeSSandEDSscoresinbothgroupswerelowerthanthosebeforenursingmoreovertheASandEDSscoresinteeation group were significantly lower than those in the control group P <0.05）.The GCQ scores（spirit，physiology，psychology，environment and social culture）ofoseaodQoitot of the observation group were higher than those of the control group（ P<0 . 0 5 .After nursing intervention，both thePFS scores and PSQI scoresof the twogroupsdecreasedtantosforeusingeaileteSndSQorsofthsevatiogoupeiicantlylowerathoef thecontrolgoupP005）.TheorsotheWHOOLBREFinothoupsicreasedtanthoeeforeursingoreovetheWHOEF scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（ P<0 . 0 5 ） .Conclusion Comfortable nursing can improve the mental healthof parturientsaftercesareansection，relievepostpartumfatigue，and improve sleepqualityandqualityof life.
