Abstract：Obetiealyhlcalcyfeiiihreaetofpreacdcedertesiootalf 76patientswihdmitedtoeXijanDistrcteoplesHspialfroJauar22tDeceber3ereadmldvideditoeatio group（38patients）ndotolop38ints）.Totrolgoupastreatedwiagsslfaedteoeatogoupastatedi nifedipineofateatiolodpssuedeilopsueBst （DBP），pdiaotetoedgcidaoad groups.ResultsThetreatmentefcacyintheobservationgroup wassignificantly higherthanthatinthecontrolgroup（ <0.05）.After treatment，both theSBPndDofthetwogrousreloertantoeeforetreamentoreoveteSBdDfebsevatiogoupereiiictly lower than those of the control group （ P< 0.05）.After treatment，the urine protein contentand edema scores of both groups decreased than those before treatment，and those of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （ P< 0.05）.The incidence of adverse drugreactions was no significant difference between the two groups （ P>0 . 0 5 ）.The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（
