Abstract：ObjectiveToexplorethfectofedmfrequencyetrothrapyolmbarfunctionandpainsmptomsinpatientswithlumbardisc herniation（LDH）MethodsAtotalof65patientswithLDadmitedtoJangiGnbeiHospitalfromDecember2O2toDcember2were selectedaddividditooetioalgouppatints）dtrotaou3patits）yawinglotshuiegouastratedi conventionaltreatment，ileeelectrothrayoupastreatedwithedmfrequncyeetroteaponthbasisofroutietreate rehabilitationbioici]isaaal dysfunctioidexuestioie（OD]andlumbarangeofotio（fexionndetesion）wrecompardbetwentetogoupsesultse excellent rate of rehabilitation in the electrotherapy group was 8 7 . 8 8 % ，and that in the conventional group was 65.63 % ，the difference between the two groups was statistically significant . Compared with the conventional group，the JOA score （clinical signs，subjective symptoms，limitation of dailylfe）oftheelctrothraygrouashigerteVAandOsoreserelowedteumbarrangeofotio（fxioandextesion）was greater（ .ConclusionMediumfrequencyelectrotherapycanimprovetherehabilitationefectofLDHpatients，improvetheirlumbarspine function，alleviate their pain symptoms，and restore their lumbar range of motion.
