Abstract：ObectieTexploretheapplcationeetofgastrosoyhmostasisintetreatmentofpepticulcercomplatedwitacuteper gastrointestinalbleding.etodsAcordingtodmumbertableethod65atientsithpepticulcercomplicatedwithcutepr gastrointestinalbledindagosddtreatediYasanoutyHsialofTdiioalCinseMediciefroa1tSeptembrere selectednddiidedintoontrolgoup（=33）andstdyoup（n=32）Intontrolgouatientseretreatedwithoventioaldical mostasis，liooitu time，hospitalization time）， fasting gastric juice value，and incidence of adverse reactions （hematemesis，nausea，vomiting，abdominal distension， limbweakneseoaedeeoosulsIdosdrotalieatefrathat in the control group （ P< O.05）.Inthestudygroup，patientshadshorterthehemostasis timeandhospitalizationtimethanthoseofthecontrolgroup（ P< 0.05）.At24，48and72hafter treatment，compared withbefore treatment，the p H values of fasting gastric juicein the two groupswere higher，and compared with the control group，the pH valuesoffasting gastric juice in the study group were higher （ P< <0.05）.In the study group，patientshad lower theincidence of adverse reactions than thatin the control group（ P<0 . 0 5 ）.Conclusion Endoscopic hemostasisis effective in the treatment of peptic ulcerompliatdiuteesotestialbdgaielpeeoictormossid hospitalization time，improve the pH value of fasting gastric juice，and has fewer adverse reactions.
