The positive rates of hepatitis B surface antigen （HBsAg）andhepatitisBsurfaceantibody（HsAb）werecomparedbetweethetwgroups.ResultsUnivariateanalysisshowedthatgenderand marital statushad little effect onadult hepatitisB vaccination（ P>0 . 0 5 ），whileage，educationlevel，familyhistoryof hepatitisB，hepatitisBprotection behavior，hepatitis B knowledge cognition and occupation had great influence on the whole course vaccination of hepatitis B vaccination in adults （ P >0.05）.MuliLstilodatutiolevelltopaiistio hepatitis B wereindependent influencing factors for thewhole course vaccinationof hepatitis B vaccination inadults（ P - <0.05）.Thepositive rate of HBsAginthsudygroupaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroupandtheposiverateofHsAbwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup，te differences were statistically significant（ .Conclusion There are many related factors affecting the whole course vaccination of hepatitis B vainendulralcatioplouaiateduf hepatitis B virusinfection.
