慢性盆腔炎(chornic pelvic inflmamatory dis-ease,CPID)是女性生殖器官及周围结缔组织、盆腔腹膜发生的慢性炎性病变,以输卵管炎、卵巢炎最常见,临床主要表现为下腹疼痛或坠胀感、白带异常或增多、腰骶部酸痛、月经不调等,多见于育龄、性行为活跃的年轻女性,年龄一般为18\~25岁,发病率高达 3 0 % 。(剩余7745字)
