Abstract：OjetiTvestigatecaletofaloaltaoutepulpioplicatedirapialulisasdis effectnperodotalaltetdsAtotalofatitsicuteulpiompcatedithaicaluseaseitdtoJagibi HospitalfromNovebertoovember23ereadolydividedintotogrouseotrolgoup（36）asgivenoutitreantand thestdygo3iealadoaleetale index（BI），plaquedex（PL）ndingivalindex]，lammatoryidexinterleukin-6（-6），-8，mornoict （TNF-α）] and pain degreewereomparedbetweentetwogroupsResultsetotalfetieateoftreatmentintsudygoupasighertantatinthtol group .After treatment，the periodontal pocketdepthofthe study groupwas lower than that of the control group（ P<0 . 0 5 .Theperiodontal index （BI，PLI，GI） and inflammatory indexlevels （IL-6，IL-8，TNF- ） in thestudy group were lower than those in the control group （ P<0 . 0 5 ）. The degree of pain in the study group was lower than that in the control group P<0 . 0 5 ） .Conclusion Oral root canal therapy has a definite clinical ffect inthetreatmentofacutepulpisomplicatedwithperiapicalpuldiseaseichcanduceteepthfperiodontalocketandperiodotalide and reduce the inflammatory response and pain degree of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
