基底细胞癌（basalcellcarcinoma，BCC）与皮肤鳞状细胞癌（cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma，cSCC）均为临床常见非黑素瘤性皮肤癌（non-melanomaskincancers，NMSC），好发于曝光部位皮肤表层，前者由基底样细胞异常增生所致，以局部浸润为主，后者则多由鳞状细胞过度增殖引发，其恶性程度相对较高，是导致NMSC转移及死亡的主要病因之一[2]。（剩余5891字）
