基底细胞癌(basalcellcarcinoma,BCC)与皮肤鳞状细胞癌(cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma,cSCC)均为临床常见非黑素瘤性皮肤癌(non-melanomaskincancers,NMSC),好发于曝光部位皮肤表层,前者由基底样细胞异常增生所致,以局部浸润为主,后者则多由鳞状细胞过度增殖引发,其恶性程度相对较高,是导致NMSC转移及死亡的主要病因之一[2]。(剩余5891字)
