Abstract:ObjectieTexloetdagosticvaluofmagetsoancmagin)iscusijuryofnetMetodstotalof5 patientswithsuspectedmeniscusijuryofkneetadmitedtoHukouCountyPeople'sHospitalfroJanuary1toOctober3weeseleted astheresearchctslldlbseredetdrtosoaostiacofoesstd thedetetiootssjuisealdosisteofadooinadiggosisfsuys analyzed.Results The diagnostic accuracy of MRI for meniscus injury of knee joint was 9 2 . 0 0 % ,the sensitivity was 9 3 . 1 8 % ,and the specificity was 8 3 . 3 3 % .Therewasno significant diferencein the detectionresultsof meniscus injury between MRIand arthroscopyappa test,the diagnostic results of MRI and arthroscopy for meniscus injury grading were moderately consistent( K =0.582).Conclusion MRI can play a high diagnosticefesjuofetditetoisodicosiieeaofef meniscus injury.

膝关节半月板损伤(meniscusinjuryofkneejoint)为骨科常见疾病,多由外伤或退变等原因所致,可引发关节疼痛、肿胀及功能障碍,严重程度下可导致强迫体位及神经损伤等不良状况,对患者日常生活造成了较大影响[2]。(剩余5634字)
