Finite Element Simulation Analysis of Laser Welding for Box Assembly Components

Abstract: With the continuous development of microwave module products towards higher performance,beter thermal conductivityigheritegation,lgtweightndgeaterelibilityteizeofCCsubtrateshaireased,eadingtoa correspondinginreaseintesizeoftheshell-boxassemblycomponents.Forlargersizedshell-boxassmblyomponents,laser weldingcaneasilycause significant deformationof thecover plate and even leadtocracks inthe side wallsofthe box.This paper establishesasimulation modelingof thebox assemblycomponent,usingFinite Element Simulationsoftware toeproduce the laser welding proces.Byanalyzing the temperature field,stressfeld,deformation amount,and molten poolmorphology, thestudyinvestigatesthetemperatureistribution,tressdistrbution,trendanalysisofeformationamount,nddevelopent situation of molten pool morphology during the laser welding process of the box assembly components.
