Abstract： Asa technology integrating Machine Learninganddataanalysis，AIOps （Inteligent Operationsand Maintenance） demonstrates greatpotentialinimprovingIoperationandmaintenanceefciencyanddcision-makingquality.However，thecunt industrypaysrelativelylowatentionto theoperationand maintenanceofIhardwaredevices，withmostpracticesonlystayingat te basic monitoringlevel，whichleadstosignificantroomforimprovementintheapplicationofOpsinthefieldofhardwaredevice operationand maintenanceAimingat teinsuiciencyin theoperationand maintenanceofIThardwaredevices，this paperproposes schem toenhance thequalityandquantityofhardwaredevicedata，soastosupporttheeffectiveimplementationofAOpsandensure thestableoperationofbusesssystems.Byconstructingteoperationandmaitenancedatastructureofhardwaredevicsedata structuresandautomatedprocesesaredesignedtoachieveautomaticdiscoveryofhardwaredevicesanddatacollectionMeanwhile weakclassifervotersareapliedforaomalydetection，andpredictivemodelsaresedtoimprovetheaccuracyofdataforeasting. InthepracticeoftheZhenengGoupdatacenter，thisaproachsignificantlyimprovesthequalityofhardwaredevice-relateddataand operationandmaintenanceefiencyterebyehancingthestabilityofbusinesssystemsandtheoperationalsustainabilityoftedata centerTheresults providenewideas and solutions forthefurtherdevelopmentofAOpsinhardware device operationand maintenance.
