Research and Application of Hardware Device Operation and Maintenance Based on Data Reconstruction and AlOps

Abstract: Asa technology integrating Machine Learninganddataanalysis,AIOps (Inteligent Operationsand Maintenance) demonstrates greatpotentialinimprovingIoperationandmaintenanceefciencyanddcision-makingquality.However,thecunt industrypaysrelativelylowatentionto theoperationand maintenanceofIhardwaredevices,withmostpracticesonlystayingat te basic monitoringlevel,whichleadstosignificantroomforimprovementintheapplicationofOpsinthefieldofhardwaredevice operationand maintenanceAimingat teinsuiciencyin theoperationand maintenanceofIThardwaredevices,this paperproposes schem toenhance thequalityandquantityofhardwaredevicedata,soastosupporttheeffectiveimplementationofAOpsandensure thestableoperationofbusesssystems.Byconstructingteoperationandmaitenancedatastructureofhardwaredevicsedata structuresandautomatedprocesesaredesignedtoachieveautomaticdiscoveryofhardwaredevicesanddatacollectionMeanwhile weakclassifervotersareapliedforaomalydetection,andpredictivemodelsaresedtoimprovetheaccuracyofdataforeasting. InthepracticeoftheZhenengGoupdatacenter,thisaproachsignificantlyimprovesthequalityofhardwaredevice-relateddataand operationandmaintenanceefiencyterebyehancingthestabilityofbusinesssystemsandtheoperationalsustainabilityoftedata centerTheresults providenewideas and solutions forthefurtherdevelopmentofAOpsinhardware device operationand maintenance.
