Students' Learning Behavior Analysis and Performance Prediction Based on Data Mining -Taking ldeological and Political Courses as an Example

Abstract：With the in-depth development of the bigdata era，data-driven and technology-enabled have become an important wayandefectivemeansforideologicalandpoliticalcoursestoinnovateideas，innovatemethods，improveefects， andcomprehensivelyevaluate.Promotingthedeepintegrationofdatamining technologyandideologicalandpoliticalcourse teaching has becomean inevitable trendforideologicaland political courses toactivelyrespond tochangesandinnovate. Throughdataminingrelated technologies，thispaperconductsclustering，aociationrule miningandclasificationprediction onvariousdatageneratedonlineandoflinebystudentsinideologicalandpoliticalcourses，andrevealsthecorrelationand potential paters between students'laing behaviorandacademic performance inte teaching proces.Itprovides datasupport andreferencesuggestions forimproving students'academic performance，optimizingteaching schemes and innovating teaching methods，promoting thecontinuous improvementof teaching accuracyandefectivenes，and promoting the high-quality development of ideological and political courses.
