Students' Learning Behavior Analysis and Performance Prediction Based on Data Mining -Taking ldeological and Political Courses as an Example

Abstract:With the in-depth development of the bigdata era,data-driven and technology-enabled have become an important wayandefectivemeansforideologicalandpoliticalcoursestoinnovateideas,innovatemethods,improveefects, andcomprehensivelyevaluate.Promotingthedeepintegrationofdatamining technologyandideologicalandpoliticalcourse teaching has becomean inevitable trendforideologicaland political courses toactivelyrespond tochangesandinnovate. Throughdataminingrelated technologies,thispaperconductsclustering,aociationrule miningandclasificationprediction onvariousdatageneratedonlineandoflinebystudentsinideologicalandpoliticalcourses,andrevealsthecorrelationand potential paters between students'laing behaviorandacademic performance inte teaching proces.Itprovides datasupport andreferencesuggestions forimproving students'academic performance,optimizingteaching schemes and innovating teaching methods,promoting thecontinuous improvementof teaching accuracyandefectivenes,and promoting the high-quality development of ideological and political courses.
