Application of Online Monitoring of Urban Rail Transit Automation Equipment

Abstract: The electromechanical inteligent operation and maintenance system is mainly composed of online monitoring system (including environment and equipment monitoring system (BAS system),integrated driving automation system (TIAS system),intelligentoperationand maintenancebigdata platformandcompositionofintellgentoperationand mainteance schedulingmanagement platform.Theonline monitoringsystemautomaticallcolects thestatus monitoringdataofautomation equipment,andautomaticallygeneratesinspectionreport toreplace traditional manual inspectionmethods.Onlinemonitoring systempredictsequipment faults in advanceand cariesout preventive maintenancework toimprove the effciencyof fault handlingand response,andintegrates monitoringdata with maintenance business proceses tooptimizeequipment maintenance procedures.Itbuildsan inteligent operationand maintenanceexpert database model,forms expert experiencebased on the leamingandidentificationmodelofBigDataandArtificialIntelligence,andautomaticallygenerates maintenancesuggestions according tofault phenomena to guidefaulthandlingand improvefault handlingefciency.Thesystem intellgentlycounts and analyzes the business data,automatically generates reports,and reduces the manual analysis work.
