Design of Rotating Machinery Fault Monitoring System Based on ZigBee and 4G Communication

Abstract:Asthecore equipmentofindustrial production,theruningstateofrotating machineryisdirectlyrelated tothe effciencyofthe productionsystemandthesafetyoftheequipment.Aimingatthepainpointsof raditional wiredmonitoring systems,suchascomplex wiring,manyblindareas,andpoor mobilitythisresearchinovatively integrates ZigBeelow-power ad-hoc networkand4G wide-area transmissontchnology,anddevelopsahierarchical wireless intellgent monitoringsytem. Thesystemconstructsatree-tierarchitectureTheperceptionlayer integrates multi-sourcesensorstorealizethecollectionof keyparameters such as vibrationand temperature.The transmission layer uses a ZigBee mesh network tocomplete workshop dataaggegation,andrealzescross-regional remote transmissiontrougha4Gmodule.Theaplicationlayerdeploysacloud dataanalysisplatform,integratestheminimum-maximumnormalizationmethodandtheConvolutionalNeuralNetworksmodel, andrealizesfaultfeatureextractionand intelligentdiagnosis.Comparedwithtraditionalmethods,thedetectioneffciencyofthe systemissignifcantlyimproved,providingreliabletechicalsupportforthepredictivemaintenanceofindustrialeuipment.
