An Image Hiding Algorithm Based on Improved Chaotic Mapping

Abstract： In order to enhance the performance of image hiding，an image hiding algorithm based on improved chaotic mapping isproposed.Firstly，theimproved3D-LSCMchaotic mappng isusedandtheinitialvaluesareutilizedto generatea randomsequence.Then，the measurementmatrixconstructedbythechaoticsystem together withthe Hadamard matrixretains the propertiesof theHadamard matrixandalsohas thecontrolandsynchronizationofthechaoticsystem.Theencryptionalgorithm utilizestheeigenvaluesofteplatextimageinteencyptionprocsshichasbetersecurityInteexperimentalulation the NC values betweenthecarier imageandtheciphertextimageareallaround 0.998，which isveryclose to1，indicating thathe finalciphertext imageandthecarier image areveryclosetoeachother， thus provingthe good imperceptibilityof the proposedencryption scheme.Therefore，theatacker cannot discem anyinformationaboutthe plaintext image fromthe final ciphertextimage.Simulationresultsandperformanceanalysisshowthat thealgorithmhashightimeefciency，highrobustness， large key space and high security.
