Abstract：Basedonpaneldatafrom34prefecture-levelciesinthethreenortheasternprovincesofChinafrom2l1to222，this studyconstructsindicatorsystemsforthelevelofdigitalincusivefinanceandnewqualityproductivefoces，anddiscuesteipacof digitalinclusivefianeonequalityproductivefores.Thereseachfindstatdigitalinclusivefianceinteteenorteastepro incesfChinasignificantlyeancesnequalityproductiveforces，utefectsvyacrosprovnces.TelevelofdigialiclusivefinancenLiaoningProvincehasthestrongestpositivepromotioefectontheformatioofnewqualityproductivefoces，thatinHeilgjiang ProvincehasthalsttandJilnrovcesomoderatetDierentstruturalidicasofigialicusilso havediferentefectsonthepositivepromotionofnewualityproductivefces：usagedepthhasthebstpromotionefct，folowdbyus agebreadth，whilethedegreeofdigitalizationhasnosignificantimpactonewqualityproductivefores.Thisconclusiondiersfromte national-levelipactofiitalisiefaneouaitypodutiefsnfuturecostructioiticessarytofut enthecoordnateddvelopentofdigitalinclusivefianeintetreeorthasteprovicsofinanarowgioaldiferecnd enhancetheimpactofcoveragebreadthanddegreeofdigitalizationofdigitalinclusivefinanceonnewqualityproductiveforces.
