Abstract：Inthewaveoffinancialglobalization，internationalfinancialregulationhasenteredanewstage，andregulatoryrulesae constantlyupdated.Againstthisbackdrop，theCompanyawofChinahasbenrevisedseveraltimes，playingacrucialoleinreglating corporatebehaviorandsafeguardingmarketoder.However，thedynamicchangesininteationalfinancialregulationposenewhalenges totheCompanyLawofChina：diferencesbetweentheCompanyLawofChinaandinterationalregulatoryrulesincreasethedificultyof cross-borderregulatoryordination；fintechimpactstraditionalcorporatelegalrelationshipsandgoverancerulesandchangesthmTo adressthesechallengs，teCompanyawofCnanedstotaketheiitiaive，contiuouslyimprove teodecorporatesteutilize newtechnologiestoanegovernancandegulatoryfectivene，strengtenompliceaageentnceieatioalecnges andcooperation，and achieve stable development.
