The Adaptability and Applicability of Journalism Ethics and Regulations from the Perspective of Historical Periodization

Abstract：Theadaptationandaplcabilityofjouralismeticsandregulationsvarycrossdiferenthistoricalstages.Theistoryof journalismandcommunicationindustryhasaninstrumentalvalueinthedevelopmentofjoualismandcommunicationinChinaandthe significaneoftheperiodzationofjoualismhistoryliesinatachingiportancetotingsthathavealreadyhappenedandmakingvalue judgments.Thefoundationfortheemergenceofjournalismethicsandregulationsliesinthefundamentalestablishmentofthedmandfor informatiodisemination，hichstesfroteunderstandingof teistoryofthejoualisandcommuicationidustryandtegaspof historicalperiodizationLiuXiaoing'sworkTheHistoryfChineseandForeignJoualismandCommunicationdivides tejoualisand communicationindustryofhumanbeingsfromancientimestothepresentintofourperiods.Intheoriginperiodofjournalismandcommunication，theadapabilityandapiabilityofjoualismicsandegatosererelativelymitedIntepridnjoualisand communicationemergedandthejoualismandcommunicationindustrytookshapetheadaptabilityandaplicablityofjournalismethics andregulatiosuallrgthdteilliteferdicialiterestsdialforodofeeo mentof jouralisndomucatioifeentharcterisiseanifestediothinseandfreignjoualism，withCsejoal ismandcommuncaieistinginaythatissubodiatetoelicalsubsteInteperiodofhangaddustentsinjalis andcommunicatioouaismetcsndegulatiosdtodapttoedigitalglobalizdanddiversifedcommicatioit Theirapplicabilitygraduallyextendstotefieldofnewmedia，withstricterstandardssetforcontentfainessandpublicesposibility.
