Paradigm Innovation of Academic Evaluation in Applied Undergraduate Colleges and Universities

Abstract：Inresponse tothedep-seatedcontradictions intheacademic evaluationsystemofappliedundergraduatecollegesanduniversities，suchasmisplacedgoals，homogeneousindicators，ndtechologicallag，th“1234”AcademicEvauationIovationdelis proposedTheodeltakesltivatingapledtaletstattidustialdasisoegoalonstuctsdual-levelidicatortef colectiveempowerentandindividualgowthplementsatree-levelachevementevaluationofcousejective，gaduatioreie ments，andtrainingjectives，andfosanall-dimensionalqualityasurancesstemthrouhafour-dmensioalcoupling lnkagechnisminvolvinggoal-achievementevaluation，teachingqualitymonitoring，graduategrowthtracking，andmulti-subjectcolaboration. Throughdynamicadjustmentmultidmensioalitegrationandvaluddedevaluatiomechansms，itbeaksthoughtheliatiosf traditionalevaluationdpromotestrasforatioofevaluatioparadigmsfrosorntedtogottedfrosultjdget toprocesspoetdfroinglesititeatioofespctductios（alntelalial thetic，and labor education）.
